The SE Region of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition comprises these Districts: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. The winners from these five Districts will compete in the Southeast Region Competition on February 8, 2026. The competition begins at 2:00pm, with the final singer beginning concluding around 5:00pm. After the announcement of winners, there is time for feedback with the judges ending no later than 7:00pm.
SE Region Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition will be held on February 8, 2026 beginning at 2 PM at Spivey Hall on the campus of Clayton State University, Morrow, GA. Tickets are available through the Spivey Hall box office.
