The Laffont Competition, Florida District takes place at the John Tiedke Concert Hall at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, on Saturday, November 2, 2024 beginning at 10AM. The competition is open to the public, free of charge, and usually lasts until about 5PM, with a lunch break at about 1PM. Winners advance to the Southeast Region competition in Atlanta.
Singers that have advanced to the District Round will receive a notification regarding the opening of registration. You will be prompted to log in to your Dashboard, select a District, and pay the $30 application fee to reserve your spot. The Florida District competition is limited to about 25 singers.
